We are very proud to announce that chemical engineering at Warsaw University of Technology has once again been ranked first in Poland in the QS World University Ranking by Subject. In the 2025 edition, chemical engineering at the Warsaw University of Technology, represented by our faculty, was ranked between 200-250 in the world (out of 451 institutions included in the ranking), which is an advance over last year. In Poland, this discipline is represented by 4 universities.
Here we would like to thank and congratulate the entire community of our Faculty on this achievement, and we hope to steadily improve our position in the years to come!

We are pleased to announce that the AH-Nano-Cat research team, headed by Marta Mazurkiewicz-Pawlicka, PhD, has received funding of 1,520,730 PLN for the implementation of the project titled "Advanced Hybrid Nanomaterials for Efficient Photo(Electro)Catalytic Water Purification and Hydrogen Production." The project will be funded by the National Science Center.

We are very proud to say that Aleksandra Pisarek, M.Sc. has made it to the podium of the 3MT® competition! She demonstrated that scientific research can be presented in an engaging, understandable, and inspiring way, earning her second place with a presentation on the power of air. The 3MT® competition took place as part of the "Initiative of Excellence - Research University" project at the Warsaw University of Technology.
We are proud to announce that two PhD students from our Faculty, Monika Jałowiecka, M.Sc., and Daniel Wyleziński, M.Sc., have been recognized in the competition for research projects for individuals without a doctoral degree, PRELUDIUM 23, organized by the National Science Centre.

The Faculty Students Council (WRS) operates at our Faculty. WRS deals with matters concerning the student community, e.g., didactic, social and living, and cultural and sports development. It organizes training, trips, competitions and many different exciting events. You can find more information on their website.
The WIChiP "Venturi" Scientific Club operates at our Faculty. Students design installations and organise the international scientific conference European Young Engineers Conference, among other scientifically stimulating events. Join them!
The Faculty of Chemical and Process Engineering boasts an extensive didactic and research offer and many student activities.
We invite candidates for the first, second and third cycle studies (in Polish) at the Faculty, especially to the Green Technologies in Chemical Engineering Master's track (in English).
Our Research Groups will be happy to establish research cooperation, and we introduced the general scientific profile of the Faculty in the Research tab.
